About Us – Our Team

Alex began her professional career with Palmetto Commercial Real Estate in September 2024.

A cum laude graduate of Francis Marion University, Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing. During her studies, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with local and statewide organizations, including United Way of Florence and South Carolina Farm Bureau, conducting market research and developing strategic marketing plans. She also completed an internship with The Post and Courier Pee Dee, where she gained additional experience in marketing and communications.

Alex serves on the Developing Communities Commission through Florence County Economic Development as the representative for the Town of Coward and is an Ambassador with the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce. Her passion for making a positive impact in her community, paired with her commitment to excellence, makes her a valuable member of the Palmetto Commercial team.

Outside of the office, Alex is an avid reader and crafter, and enjoys visiting the beach and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also takes every opportunity to be out on the water with her fiancé, Seth, and their Boykin Spaniel, Oakley.
